CSP Weekly Rides
The following are the regular weekly rides for CSP Express. Cancellations for weather are rider decision, no notices are sent out.
CSP Express members can set up ad hoc rides for any day or time once subscribed to the CSP Rides list.
Saturday 7:00am
The CSP Express Saturday Morning ride starts from Lakeview and Coral Ridge. We meet near the Bank of America building. We leave at 7:00am sharp and follow map #2 or map #3, which means about 35 miles in distance. There is an option for an extra 10 miles, going down and back on Loxachachie, however the pace generally picks up. There are several sprint zones along the ride but we regroups after each one. There is a Ride Leader * for the ride to make sure no one is left behind.
Sunday 7:30 am
The CSP Express Sunday Morning Ride starts from the Wal-Mart in Heron Bay parking lot. We leave at 7:30am sharp and follow map #5 to Weston. The full route is just under 60 miles but there are options for 30, 40 and 45 miles as well, depending on the group you are with. There is a Ride Leader* for the A level and below to make sure no one is left behind. There is an A+ group, doing the full route that has no ride leader and if you drop, you die.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 5:15 am
These are training rides that vary based on day and individuals but go from 5:15am to 6:30am.. We leave from the old Bike America shop parking lot (just west of Sample Road and 101st) promptly at 5:15am. There is no ride leader.
Wednesday 7:30am
The CSP Express Wednesday Morning ride starts from Lakeview and Coral Ridge. We meet near the Bank of America building. We leave at 7:30am sharp. The route varies based on attendance and group preference. There is a Ride Leader* to make sure no one is left behind.
